Initiative & Entrepreneurialism
The goal I am setting under this competency is to be more spontaneous and take more risks when it comes to executing the ideas that I have. This goal will help me become more of a creative problem solver within an organization and on a personal level. I will strive to brainstorm different ideas as opposed to sticking to a specific checklist. To make sure that I achieve this goal I will attempt to remind myself each day to think more outside of the box and try new things. If I do happen to find I am resorting back to a checklist, I will challenge myself to choose an idea more spontaneously. To measure whether or not I have achieved this goal I will make notes of ways in which I managed to put the checklists down and chose a more spontaneous approach. I aim to have significantly improved on this goal by the end of this year.

Agility & Adaptibility
The goal I am setting under this competency is to find ways to better manage and release any stress that I may harbour while also learning to not allow small inconveniences to affect me. This goal is also extended to learning how to be able to better manage several projects at once with more ease and efficiency. Achieving this goal will improve my overall agility and adaptability skills. To help ensure that I achieve this goal I will utilize a project management software such as Monday.com to be able to prioritize tasks more efficiently. Prioritizing the tasks I have at hand will allow me to remain organized and reduce the overall amount of stress I have. I aim to have significantly improved on this goal by the end of this year.

Collaboration & Leadership
The goal I am setting under this competency is to learn to work better with those that have varying perspectives from myself, specifically to not allow the ways in which people carry themselves and manage teamwork to affect me if it does not align with my own ways. I am very passionate about my success but also the success of others. Collaboration sometimes leads to misunderstandings among team members caused by different expectations such as accountability. To make sure that I achieve this goal I will monitor how I am reacting internally and externally to members of my group/team with different ideologies and work ethics as mine. When a problem arises I will not allow my frustration to determine how I react to the situation and will ensure that I respond professionally while still addressing the issue. I aim to have significantly improved on this goal by the end of this year.
