The most important thing that I value in life is my family and friends. Without the support of my loved ones I would not be where and/or who I am today. I attribute much of my growth as an individual to the lessons I have learned from those who have been, and continue to be, a part of my journey.
OPEN-MINDEDNESS

I place a high value on keeping an open mind in life. Being closed minded leads only to animosity and leaves no room for personal growth. Being open-minded also allows more room for creativity and out of the box ideas.
LOYALTY

Loyalty is another trait that I value immensely, without loyalty, trust cannot be built. I truly believe that loyalty is a two way street. Due to the fact that I highly value loyalty, it is something I strive to maintain in both personal and professional aspects of my life.
LEARNING

Learning is very important to me, without taking the time to gain knowledge I would not be able to grow as an individual. Learning also provides a much needed challenge, it keeps me on my toes and provides me the feeling of accomplishment. I am always seeking opportunities to learn something new.
ART

Art is a hobby that I have had for many years, I practice primarily in the form of drawing and painting but I also occasionally attempt other forms such as sculpting. Having art in my life has allowed me to see the endless possibilities to enhance my creative thinking. Being an artist allows me to better see the beauty in the things and people around me.
WRITING

Writing is a hobby that I have that, similarily to art, allows me to broaden my perspectives and share my view of the world around me. Writing is an art that allows the audience to visualize the words in their own way, while art allows the audience to formulate their own perspective on the message. This hobby also allows me to be very proficient in the different forms of communication.

MUSIC

Music is another hobby that I have possessed throughout a majority of my lifetime, although I cannot really play an instrument (a few years of guitar lessons did not get me far), I find my love for music stems from my love for singing. Music has the ability to bring about an array of emotions in anyone and connect people. Similar to art and writing, music is another form in which I enjoy expressing myself and learning the different perspectives of others.
COOKING

Cooking and baking is a hobby that I picked up within the last couple of years. I find that I appreciate this hobby most for the fact that it allows me to share my skills with others and bring them joy. Cooking/baking is also a hobby of mine that tests and challenges organizational and detail oriented skills.
GARDENING

Another hobby I have picked up in the last couple of years is gardening. Through this, I have grown an even stronger appreciation for the environment and the beauty of nature. Gardening is a hobby that has taught me that being gentle, nurturing and patient can result in immense growth - a lesson I try to attribute to my daily life.
CREATIVITY

Creativity is another value of mine, it is part of what drives me each day. I believe every single person is creative in their own way and that this trait is necessary within any industry. Being creative allows for me to see things from different perspectives and to problem solve efficiently by striving to see all solutions.
COMPASSION

Compassion is a value that comes naturally to me, I am a person who is always concerned with helping others and I believe it is important to be kind to everyone. Each person has their own burden to carry and it is important to remember this. Compassion is also a value that allows me to connect with people, build strong relationships and work well in a team environment.
CURIOSITY

Without my value for curiosity I would likely not have the hobbies and other values that I do. My curiosity drives me to learn more about any given subject. Valuing curiosity as I do, makes me a quick and determined learner.
